Telescopic long stroke multi-stage hydraulic cylinders
Multiple stages enable longer strokes to be achieved using less space. Micro-honed inside and chrome plated outside to decrease corrosion & increase wear resistance and durability.
Description
Telescopic hydraulic cylinders feature a multi-stage rod built of a series of nested steel tubes of progressively smaller diameter. This special design of hydraulic cylinder provides exceptional travel from a highly compact retracted length. Typically the collapsed length of a telescopic cylinder is 20% to 40% of the fully extended length, depending on the number of stages.

Safety procedure for tipping,you must ensure that:
*The load is suitable for the vehicle.
*The ground is stable and flat.
*There are neither people nor obstacles around the working area(on the ground and above) .
*The load is evenly distributed.
*The tyre pressure is correct.
*Do not move the vehicle to discharge sticking loads.
*Do not move the vehicle during tipping.
*Should you come across problems whilst tipping, lower the body completely down and check its safe before looking for the problem.
*Never work under an unpropped body.
